Harris Falconwood Sports Day 2010

This year's Harris Academy Falconwood Sports Day will be held on Friday the 25th of June 2010 at Erith Sports Centre Stadium.

This is a whole Academy event and all students will be expected to contribute both as competitor and spectator. The event will run within the timings of the normal Academy day and so students will need to register as usual at 8:25am at the Academy and will then be dismissed from the Academy at 2:40pm.

All students are required to wear full PE kit (white Harris Academy Falconwood polo shirt, plain black shorts, white socks and trainers). Students should arrive at the Academy in their full PE kit and will be required to remain in this throughout the day. As this event is taking place outside, students may wish to bring plain black tracksuit bottoms and a plain waterproof jacket.

Students and staff will leave Harris Academy Falconwood and travel by coach to Erith Sports Centre, Avenue Road, Erith. Events will commence from 10:00am and will finish at approximately 1.00pm.

Students will be required to bring a packed lunch and sufficient drinking water for the afternoon or money to purchase bottled water. Those students who would normally receive free school meals will be supplied with a packed lunch.
