This academic year has seen the Post 16 offer at the Academy expand once again, to now include a comprehensive range of A-level subjects combined with a BTEC qualifications. We were also delighted to see the vast majority of our first ever Year 13’s take up places at the university of their choice.

Next academic year, we are further expanding our curriculum to provide a broader range of courses all of which will run in our brand new £25 million building.

Our curriculum will be made up of the following:

As part of the admission process at Harris Academy Falconwood, we will be holding a Post 16 Open Evening on Thursday 3rd November, from 6pm-8pm. The evening aims to provide specific information for students from each subject, an overview of Post 16 at the Academy and an opportunity to discuss their options with teachers and students currently involved. This will allow prospective students to make a more informed choice regarding what Post 16 options they may select at the Academy.

Please be aware that due to the building works that are taking place on the Academy site, we will be unable to provide car parking facilities other than for disabled badge holders. If you need access for disabled parking, please contact me here at the Academy in advance. Please leave additional time to travel to the Academy, either on foot or by public transport. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
