Ms Kerri Lee
Associate Assistant Principal - Head of Year 10, Inclusion- Disadvantaged Pupils
Ms Lee is a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong background in Physical Education. She holds a BA (Hons) in Physical Education from the University of Brighton, which laid the foundation for her career in teaching and school leadership.
Ms Lee began her career at Harris Academy Falconwood in 2014, where she quickly established herself as a committed and impactful member of staff. Her passion for sport, student development, and high-quality education led to her appointment as Head of Physical Education in 2018. In this role, she played a key part in shaping a dynamic and inclusive PE curriculum while encouraging a culture of participation, engagement, and excellence.
In 2025, Ms Lee progressed into a wider leadership role as Associate Assistant Principal. Alongside this, she continues to serve as a Head of Year, with a strong focus on inclusion and student wellbeing. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every student is supported to thrive, both academically and personally, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for a fulfilling life during school and beyond.
Ms Lee is particularly passionate about building positive relationships with students. She firmly believes that strong rapport and meaningful interactions are central to student success. By creating an environment where young people feel valued, supported, and a genuine sense of belonging at Falconwood, she helps to cultivate a positive school culture in which all students can flourish.
