Mr Nick McNeil
Assistant Principal - Behaviour, Culture and Rewards
Mr McNeil joined Harris Academy Falconwood as Assistant Principal for Behaviour in 2026. He has over 10 years' experience working in secondary education across South East London, having held leadership roles in Behaviour and Culture, Key Stage 3, and Personal Development. He has also worked within alternative provision, giving him extensive experience in supporting students with a wide range of behavioural and pastoral needs.
Mr McNeil is passionate about creating a calm, disciplined and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. He believes that high expectations, strong relationships and consistent routines are fundamental to improving outcomes and ensuring all young people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Having grown up in Jamaica before moving to Lewisham at the age of 12, Mr McNeil has experienced first-hand the transformative impact that education and strong school leadership can have on young people's life chances. This continues to inspire his commitment to serving communities and helping every student succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.
